BOOKING A STUDIO: WHAT YOU NEED
All rentals with Album require clients to provide insurance coverage (either liability for Studio rentals, or Replacement Cost coverage for Equipment rentals) and payment arrangements to be finalized before the service can be offered. Please contact us to discuss options.
If you carry commercial insurance, you can expedite the booking process by requesting a Certificate of Insurance from your broker naming Album Studio Rentals Inc. as Loss Payee and sending that to us. If you have any questions regarding insurance, please don't hesitate to contact us, we're happy to help!
Album offers two ways for you to submit your payment information. The most common is using the safe, fast, and secure Adobe Sign form we have created and can email to you for online completion, including signature. You can use this form to authorize both payment and acceptance of the contract, if you choose, in the event you will not be at the studio to sign the contract on shoot day. The other method we offer is a downloadable PDF that you can print, sign, scan, and return. See below for the link.
Credit Card Authorization
Studio rentals must be confirmed 2 business days prior to the booking date. If not confirmed, Album will offer the studio to the next holding client.
In order to confirm, Album requires your completed credit card form AND insurance documents (COI), as well as a 50% deposit of the total reservation. If you cancel your reservation within 2 business days of your booking date, your 50% reservation deposit will be non-refundable. If you cancel within 1 business day of your booking date, you will be liable for the full value of the contract including equipment rentals, hired assistants, etc.
Outline of Confirmation times:
For rentals starting Saturday, Sunday or Monday 8:00am, confirm by the previous Thursday 8:00am
For rentals starting Tuesday 8:00am, confirm by the previous Friday 8:00am
For rentals starting Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday 8:00am, confirm 2 business days before
